Back in the fall, my partner and I were at Bath & Body Works (smelling all the candles, as one does) and I spotted a product with beautiful packaging — black with constellations all over it. The packaging drew me in, so of course I had to test it out too.
As it turns out, you can judge this book by its cover, because the Black Chamomile Body Cream is now an absolute MUST in my books.
Even if you think you aren’t really into chamomile, give this a go. It smells like comfort. Like a good night’s sleep. Like sweet, but earthy, but herby, but also like magic. Yeah, I’m that into it.
It’s a mix of chamomile and bergamot, so maybe it’s just that I’m a huge tea lover and that’s why I dig it so much?
Either way, it’s my bedtime routine to rub my tired feet with this stuff and my hands too. (It also helps stop me from being on my phone too, too late because no one wants lotion on their phone.)

After my first bottle was empty (I guess it’s more of a tube than a bottle) I went back in search of more. But they didn’t have it. I went back to our local Bath & Body Works store more than 10 times searching for it but it was always sold out.
Finally, yesterday, we were at the mall and my daughter spotted it on the shelves. There were four tubes of it sitting on the top shelf, above a sign that read “buy 2, get 2 free”.
So… I’m sure you can guess how many I bought.
One, two, three, four, ALL.
When you find something you LOVE, you grab it and run. (I do this with jeans too… who the heck has time to find more than one pair of jeans they want to wear? Try them on, grab every pair in your size, and live you best damn life.)
Anyhow, now I’m just ranting, but the point is, if you’re looking for a new bedtime routine and a body cream to soothe your skin, give the Black Chamomile scent from Bath & Body Works a try. Let me know what you think!
PS. They do have other products in the same line — some shower stuff, a body oil, and a spray I think? I’m all about the body cream, though. Ride or die.
PPS. You can buy it online (US pricing), but it’s cheaper and you don’t have to pay nasty shipping when you get it in person. If you’re not sure where your closest store is, click here.
