Earlier this year, in an effort to keep my sanity, I started planning our family meals ahead of time. I started with one week at a time and I am now planning an entire month in advance! This has been such a great stress reliever each evening. Rather than worrying about meals, I simply glance at my menu and know exactly what we are having, what I need to make, and if anything needs early prep.
Not only has planning ahead saved me stress and time, but when I know exactly what I’m making each week, my shopping list is very specific and I save an average of $20-30/weekly off of my grocery bill! Since this has been so helpful to our family and with back to school hectic scheduled around the bend, I thought I’d share some free menu printables with all of you. Hopefully, these will inspire you to take time each week to plan your family meals ahead of time.
